Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Paramedic to work as a Functional Assessor, conducting thorough assessments of individuals with diverse physical and mental health conditions. As a Paramedic Functional Assessor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments with individuals, gathering information about their health conditions and how they affect their daily lives.
- Interpret medical evidence and compile detailed reports to support the DWP's decision-making process.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality assessments and reports.
- NMC or HCPC registration is mandatory.
- At least 1 year of post-registration experience in the UK is required.
- Proactive, keen to learn, and receptive to feedback.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
