Join Our Team as a Chef de Partie

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious chef de partie to help lead our kitchen team at Baresca Tapas Family. Our company focuses on delivering exceptional fresh, flavour-packed tapas with warm, friendly service in a fun and vibrant atmosphere.

As part of our Nottingham-based family-run small group of venues, which include Perkins Bar & Bistro, The Carriage Hall in Plumtree, and baresca in Nottingham city centre, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment.

The role of the Chef de Partie is to help run all aspects of food operations, preparing and sending food to the highest standard. Key responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day food production
  • Assisting the Head and Sous Chef in maintaining good order and management of the kitchen
  • Effective communication between front and back of house operations
  • Stock levels and deliveries management
  • Managing all sections of the kitchen
  • Maintaining kitchen Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
  • Innovating and contributing to menu development
  • Ensuring kitchen legal compliance
