MEP Commercial Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Commercial Director to join our client's team. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of projects ranging in value from £1m to £15m, with a focus on the life sciences and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure commercial viability of projects
  • Provide commercial guidance and support to project teams

About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established Ventilation Contractor and Heavy Engineering Specialist with a history dating back to the 1980s. They operate their own manufacturing facility and have a skilled in-house design team, supported by a workforce of 100 employees.
