Join WR HVAC | MEP, a family-owned mechanical and electrical construction company based in the South-East, as a Commercial Manager. This is a rare opportunity for a fully trained and competent QS professional to progress to a leadership role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage the commercial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
* Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual obligations
* Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project goals are met

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive salary £50,000 to £80,000 depending on experience
* Car allowance £7000
* Net profit bonus
* 25 days holiday plus 8 days bank holiday

**About the Role:**

As a Commercial Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the commercial success of our projects. You will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will also negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual obligations.
