Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SENCO to lead our SEN provision in Chatham. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing SEN strategies and policies, collaborating with teachers and other professionals, and providing training and support to staff.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement SEN strategies and policies; Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to identify and address the needs of students with special educational needs; Provide training and support to staff on SEN-related issues; Work closely with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements: Qualified SENCO with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a UK classroom; National Award for Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) qualification; Knowledge of SEN policies relevant to the role of a SENCO; Passion for inclusion and making a difference in the lives of young people as a SENCO.
