Holiday Program Manager

Kings Camps are a market-leading not-for-profit organisation offering sports and activity day camps at over 50 UK locations. We were founded in 1991, inspired by US-style summer camps, and have since established a model that enables us to reach even more children through not-for-profit work in the UK and overseas.
Our coaches (we call them Red Tops) deliver high-quality sports camps with energy, passion, and commitment to child development that we call the Kings Factor. As a Holiday Program Manager with Kings Camps, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of these camps, ensuring that all children have a safe and enjoyable experience.
You will be required to work between 8am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, during the school holidays, and will need to be available to lead a team of coaching staff. A degree in childcare, sports, or teaching is desirable, but not essential. However, you will need to have knowledge and experience of Child Protection, Safeguarding, and Health and Safety, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of up to £605 per week, plus the opportunity to gain a funded paediatric first aid qualification. You will also receive free enhanced DBS check and Kings Camps uniform. Our Holiday Program Managers enjoy flexible and adaptable working arrangements, with opportunities to interact and build relationships with parents/guardians, as well as access to market-leading training and development opportunities.
