Your Responsibilities

  1. Provide individualized support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
  3. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 6 months of UK experience in the social care sector within the past 2 years.
  • A valid UK Driver's license and access to a car (desirable but not mandatory).
  • A DBS on the update service (this can be applied for through us if you do not have one).
