About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Fund Manager to join our team in Yeovil. As a key member of our Pensions team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of pensions projects and overseeing the governance framework.

This is a 24-month fixed-term contract, and we are looking for someone with extensive knowledge of the pensions operating environment. You will work closely with our stakeholders to identify and deliver successful outcomes on pensions project activity and strategic business objectives.

The role involves managing both defined benefit and defined contribution trust-based pension arrangements with assets under governance of circa £ billion. You will also support risk-management activities across the Leonardo pension arrangements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive knowledge gained having worked in the pension industry within a related discipline (pensions management, consultancy, legal or similar).
  • Sound technical knowledge of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension benefits and pension scheme management.
  • Ability to manage and hold to account third-party service providers.
