The salary for this role is £30,000 with an OTE of circa £33,000.
- Conduct team training on manufacturer-provided and in-house systems.
- Take sales orders from customers both in person and over the phone.
- Control stock levels for vehicle parts and accessories.
- Maintain an organized stock room.
- Raise invoices for sold parts.
- Monitor stock levels and manage re-order processes for essential items.
- Track and report department KPIs, striving to exceed targets.
- Conduct sales forecasting and budgeting.
- Previous experience as a Parts Manager or similar role.
- Strong technical awareness or understanding of cars and their parts.
- Excellent organizational and management skills.
- Able to learn and utilize specialist computer-based systems.
