The salary for this role is £30,000 with an OTE of circa £33,000.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct team training on manufacturer-provided and in-house systems.
  • Take sales orders from customers both in person and over the phone.
  • Control stock levels for vehicle parts and accessories.
  • Maintain an organized stock room.
  • Raise invoices for sold parts.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage re-order processes for essential items.
  • Track and report department KPIs, striving to exceed targets.
  • Conduct sales forecasting and budgeting.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Manager or similar role.
