We're seeking a caring and professional individual to join our team as a Home Care Specialist in Ripon. As a Care Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work with clients in their own homes, providing companionship, emotional support, and practical assistance.

Salary: £13.00 - £14.50 per hour plus paid travel time and paid mileage at 45p per mile

Your Role:

  • Building relationships and routines with clients to support them in living well
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Supporting with personal care and daily activities
  • Helping with mobility and staying active
  • Assisting with medication or specialist needs
  • Helping around the home with housekeeping and cooking
  • Running errands such as shopping or picking up prescriptions
