Healthcare Support Professional

At Alert Health 24 Ltd, we are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) and Support Workers (SWs) to provide essential care in supported living establishments, residential homes, and nursing homes.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is £12-£15 per hour, providing an excellent pay rate for experienced professionals. Our Holiday Pay Scheme allows you to take paid annual leave at your convenience, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
Job Description- Daily Activities: Assist residents with daily tasks, promoting independence and overall well-being.
- Personal Care: Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and medication support as needed.
- Supportive Environment: Foster a supportive and respectful environment for residents, enhancing their quality of life.
- Minimum of 6 months paid care experience in the UK.
- Proof of right to work in the UK (we cannot offer visa sponsorship).
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Willingness to complete necessary training, such as medication training or moving & handling.
- Excellent pay rates ranging from £12-£15 per hour.
