Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head of Business to join our team in Maidstone. As a Head of Business, you will be responsible for driving the performance of each department to achieve financial targets and provide excellent customer service.

About the Job

The successful candidate will create annual plans with department managers, monitor competitive threats, and direct activities to meet business objectives. You will also be responsible for leading the performance of each department to ensure excellent customer service is provided.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
