Job Description

This role offers a great balance of home and office working. You'll join your colleagues in your local office at least 2 days a week and attend our offices for monthly meetings.

You will lead our commercial and contracts team on data management and insights from across CityFibre's portfolio of projects and functions. This includes a mix of new build establishment, city enhancement projects, and field service frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and implement data collection systems with other strategies that optimize data quality and routine reporting.
  • Develop and maintain data accuracy for the reporting alignment with PMO, Finance, and the wider business.
  • Analyse large and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform business decisions to promote key standardised reporting.
  • Coach and develop commercial team-members and multi-disciplinary peers on best practices in data analysis and visualisation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for spend optimisation and cost control improvements, using data to drive insights and recommendations.
What You'll Bring

You will have a solid background in Data and Analytics and be a great communicator with a collaborative approach to your work, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to develop business requirements for reporting and project management, from concept, implementation, execution, and continuous improvement.

You'll also have presentation skills for report writing and communication at Director level, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex data sets, proficiency in data visualisation tools, and advanced knowledge of statistical analysis tools and techniques.
