We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Magna International Inc. in a 6-month contract position.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and insights. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data analysis and interpretation to support business decisions
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
  • Develop and maintain databases and data systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and quality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field of study
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience working with HR systems (experience supporting Workday / PeopleSoft is an asset)
  • Payroll experience is an asset
  • Experience with programming and coding is an asset

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
