Job Description: We are seeking a Network Analyst - IT Support to join our team at Michael Page (UK). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our business stakeholders and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

About the Role:

The Network Analyst - IT Support will be responsible for investigating and resolving technical issues, as well as implementing new technologies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver IT support services to the business, ensuring system uptime, integrity, stability, and security.
  • Investigate and propose improvements to systems, software, infrastructure, and processes.
  • Manage and execute change requests and BAU functions, including delivery of projects for Business Intelligence, Database reporting, and data systems development and administration.
  • Produce SQL reports and have hands-on experience with a broad range of IT systems.
  • Support 1st to 3rd line IT responsibilities and own and manage a network backbone/data/voice/Windows serving an environment of 100+ people.

Requirements:

  • ITIL certified, at least Foundation Level.

Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum.
