Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team at Recruitment Helpline Ltd. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance team with various tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
• Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing or electrical installation company.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
