Cleanliness Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cleanliness Specialist to join our team at Preston Bus Limited. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring our fleet of buses is cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping bus cabins, sanitizing high-touch areas, and ensuring overall cleanliness.
- Carry out deep cleans of buses as required, adhering to our maintenance inspection and MOT cycle plan.
- Ensure correct disposal of waste and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist colleagues in other areas as needed, such as fuelling and tidying the workshop.
- Clean external vehicles using the bus wash or manual methods.
- Park buses safely and record their locations on relevant paperwork.
- Previous experience in vehicle cleaning and maintenance.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary (£25,000 - £30,000 per annum) and a range of benefits, including 28 days' holiday inclusive of bank holidays, based in Preston, PR1 6NY.
