About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team in Greater Manchester. As a key member of our Homebased treatment team, you will work closely with nurses, Occupational therapists, social workers, Support workers, psychological therapists, medics, and ACPS to provide high-quality care to individuals in crisis.

Your primary responsibility will be to assess health and social care needs, provide clinical interventions, and develop risk assessments and management plans with an emphasis on Recovery. You will also act as shift co-ordinator, taking responsibility for the triage and assessment of referrals, allocation of tasks, and provision of home-based treatment.

In this role, you will have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills in psychosocial interventions, particularly for those with complex emotional and relational needs, SMI, and severe depression and anxiety.

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 27 days annual leave, excellent pension scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, and wellbeing programme.
