EHS Advisor Role

We are seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to join our team at Irwin & Colton. As an EHS Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's legal compliance and safeguarding the safety and well-being of our entire organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the EH&S Manager to provide vital support and expert advice to operational teams, supervisors, and managers on all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) matters.
  • Take the lead in maintaining and improving our EH&S management systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective EH&S training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
  • Conduct regular EH&S audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with operational teams to identify and mitigate potential EH&S risks, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
