Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to join our team at Wienerberger België.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and leadership, with a proven track record of improving production efficiency and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team, setting priorities, and identifying areas for improvement.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing process, including the installation of new plant equipment and the promotion of Lean thinking.

In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring quality from raw material to finished goods and ensuring that all new starters are efficiently inducted and trained.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who has a strong background in manufacturing and leadership.

The ideal candidate will have at least a year's leadership experience in a Team Leader / Supervisor role or similar.

They will also have experience of working in a high production environment, primarily in the automotive, food or FMCG related industries.

In addition, they will have good exposure to health & safety standards, continuous improvement methods and environmental best practice.
