**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team in North Lincolnshire.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a small team through a practical and hands-on approach.

You will set priorities to maximise production efficiency and promote working practices that develop a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and open communication.

**Key Responsibilities**

• 
  
• Lead and motivate a small team to achieve production goals
  
• Set priorities to maximise production efficiency
  
• Identify and suggest improvements to the manufacturing and quality process
  
• Assist with the installation of new plant equipment
  
• Promote Lean thinking and actively look for ways to improve efficiencies
  
• Carry out factory inspections and provide advice and support to production operatives
  
• Monitor quality from raw material to finished goods
  
• Ensure all new starters are efficiently inducted and trained
  

**Requirements**

• 
  
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment with a safety-first culture
  
• At least a year's leadership experience in a Team Leader/Supervisor role or similar
  
• Experience of working in a high production environment, primarily in the automotive, food, or FMCG related industries
  
• Good exposure to health & safety standards, continuous improvement methods, and environmental best practice
  
• IT skills – working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  
• Strong organisational and planning abilities
