Academics Ltd is a dynamic educational establishment committed to providing high-quality support services to children with special educational needs. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each pupil. Your primary responsibility will be to provide 1:1 support to a primary-aged pupil, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with teachers, SENCo, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Support the classroom environment to ensure inclusivity for all pupils.
Requirements
A recent graduate in Psychology, Education, or a related field with a passion for working with children, particularly those with SEN, behavioural, or communication challenges. A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting young learners is essential. Strong communication and teamwork skills are also necessary.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
