Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR team in implementing strategies to manage employee relations, including coaching and advising People Leaders.
  • Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders, including Trade Union partners.
  • Use data to identify business needs and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver continuous improvements.
  • Provide HR support for formal investigations, including discipline, dignity at work, and grievance cases.
Requirements
  • Previous HR experience, particularly in business partnership and working within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Coaching and negotiating skills, with experience of persuading and influencing others.
  • HR administration skills, with examples of projects worked on.
  • Experience of working with Trade Union partners and managing absence cases.
