Head of Temporary Accommodation and Support Services

Adecco is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our client's Temporary Accommodation and Support Services team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and management in a similar role, with a strong background in housing and accommodation services. They will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, managing operational activities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans to meet strategic goals and objectives.
- Manage operational activities, including the assessment and provision of housing and accommodation, income maximization, and support services.
- Lead and motivate managers and teams to deliver excellent customer service and achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Ensure the provision of a consistent and high-quality service to customers, by embedding a culture of excellent customer service.
- Undertake the role of strategic lead, including associated policies and procedures in relation to temporary, emergency, and settled accommodation and support services.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of leadership and management in a similar role.
- Strong background in housing and accommodation services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement business plans and manage operational activities.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
