Ritz Recruitment is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our student accommodation facility in Croydon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake general maintenance tasks in both internal and external areas of the building, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
  • Assist with re-decorating rooms and general handyman tasks, such as fixing doors and locks.
  • Move furniture and perform other tasks as needed to maintain the facility.

Requirements:
