Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Caseworker to join our team at HMP Drake Hall. The successful candidate will be responsible for enrolling participants, improving job-readiness, and assisting with the application process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enroll participants via liaison with prison OMU and other key stakeholders
  • Improve participants' job-readiness and ability to successfully apply for jobs

In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to achieve our goals and objectives. If you have a passion for working with people and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Caseworker, you will be involved in the following activities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Providing support and guidance to participants
  • Assisting with the development of individualized plans
