Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at Harrisons Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
  • Employee Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing contracts, updating databases, and sending welcome packages.
  • Payroll Administration: Assist with payroll processing, including preparing and logging payroll instructions, and ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update HR databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
  • System Support: Provide technical support for HR systems, including payroll, leave and absence, and performance management systems.
Requirements:
  • Administrative Experience: 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in an HR role.
  • HR Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, including employment law and regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
