Job Title: Retail Business Development Lead

Job Summary:

We're looking for a talented Retail Business Development Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experiences across our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth: Implement strategies to increase sales revenue and improve profitability.
  • Operational Efficiency: Analyze processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Customer Experience: Develop and maintain initiatives to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of retail professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Travel: Travel to various locations within and outside of London to provide support and guidance.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus commission, travel expenses for locations outside of London, excellent staff discount, pension, and 28 days holiday per year (inclusive of bank holidays), rising to 33 days after 5 years' service.
