We are looking for an individual who can contribute to the care plans and risk assessments of our young people, ensuring their safety and well-being. The successful candidate will form effective relationships with young people, their families, and external agencies, while maintaining a clean and tidy living environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and risk assessments
  • Form and maintain effective relationships with young people, their families, and external agencies
  • Maintain a clean and tidy living environment, adhering to the cleaning rota system
  • Ensure good quality records are maintained, with supervision and advice from shift and Managers
  • Contribute to the educational and social development of each young person, assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Programs
  • Meet the emotional and physical needs of our young people, maximising opportunities for their development
  • Provide support to the deputy/manager of the home, whilst on shift and performing senior duties as directed
Requirements
  • Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent (desirable)
  • Experience in a children's home setting (essential)
  • Passion to help nurture young people
  • Ability to work shift patterns, including sleep ins (rota plan given in advance)
  • Full, UK driving licence (essential)
  • Age 21 or over (industry regulations)

Satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure and right to work in the UK are required for this role.
