About the Role
As a skilled Multi Skilled Tradesperson with Mears, you'll work on our Major Repairs contract, providing reactive repairs and maintenance services to residents in our portfolio of properties. You'll work from job to job, following a planned route, and be part of a team that delivers high standards of work and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks, including fitting bathrooms and kitchens.
- Work in multiple trades, including carpentry, joinery, plumbing, and tiling.
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
- Be a great team player and possess the ability to work well under your own initiative.
- Deliver excellent communication and customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Experience in multiple trades, including cap and cove flooring, wet rooms, and disabled adaptations.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a positive 'can do' attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
