Job Summary: We are seeking a kind and compassionate Care Professional to join our team in Wadhurst. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients, supporting them to live independently and maintain their dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to clients in their own homes, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance.
- Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of care plans and risk assessments.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of £12-£15, with bank holiday rate of £24 per hour.
- Minimum 1 hour calls, with client matching for continuity.
- Flexible contract options, including full-time, part-time, and fixed-term contracts.
