The Story So Far:
We've come a long way since starting our utilitarian 4X4 development journey. We've established INEOS Automotive as a serious contender, partnered with big names, and secured a world-class production facility and delivery team. Our double cab pick-up, the Quartermaster, is in the making. At INEOS, we tackle every challenge head-on and help athletes achieve extraordinary things.
Around 1500 employees from 44 nationalities work across 10 locations for INEOS Automotive. The regional success of Grenadier in the fleet sales sector is crucial for local and global brand success. Credibility within the fleet sector will drive retail sales, and an integrated relationship between retail and fleet sales is vital.
Key Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To):
- Establish and Develop the Fleet Sales Business for Grenadier
- Utilize Existing and New Contacts to Enter the Commercial Fleet Sector
- Create and Instigate a Global Business Plan for Grenadier in the Fleet Sector
- Engage with Fleet Clients, Understand Their Requirements, and Adapt Grenadier to Suit Bespoke Needs
- Provide a Single Point of Contact for Fleet Clients Within the INEOS Automotive Support Network

- A Proven Track Record in Leading Multimillion-Tender Wins
- Excellent Product Understanding and Ability to Balance Commercial Requirements with Manufacturing Operations
- A Strong Network Essential
- Excellent Communication Skills
The Estimated Salary for This Role Is £80,000 - £110,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.
