Curo, a leading Housing Association in Bath, is seeking an Employability and Skills Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering skill training programs, supporting individuals across B&NES, Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging employability and skills training sessions
  • Complete necessary administration after each training session, writing case-studies, and capturing data entry onto MS Excel
  • Collaborate with partners to identify and recruit individuals for support and training programs
  • Participate in local employability and skills-related network events
  • Provide structured coaching and mentoring on a 1-to-1 and group basis, including drop-in sessions
  • Deliver holistic life skills, wellbeing, and activity programs
Requirements:
  • Valid UK driving license with access to your own vehicle, as you will be delivering skills training, travelling throughout the region 5 days a week
  • Confidence and experience in organising and delivering skills training, with an understanding of the employability and skills field
  • Administration experience, using MS office and in particular Excel
