Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Professional to join our team at GBS Global Applied Knowledge as a Lecturer in Global Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering lectures, facilitating discussions, and guiding students through complex business theories and practices.

Main Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Learning: Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and workshops to students on the MSc Global Management program.
  • Course Development: Develop, update, and improve course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Design and administer assessments, provide constructive feedback to students, and maintain accurate records of student progress.
  • Research and Scholarship: Engage in research and scholarly activities, including publishing papers, presenting at conferences, and participating in academic networks.
  • Service and Engagement: Contribute to the development of the department's strategic plan, participate in departmental and faculty committees, and engage with external stakeholders to promote the university's reputation.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A PhD in a relevant field, such as Business, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the postgraduate level, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality lectures and assessments.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: A deep understanding of business theories and practices, with a strong knowledge of the global business environment.
