Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team at Clearfield Recruitment Limited. As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for providing a twenty-four-hour call-out service to our customer base, which includes organizations in the hotel and leisure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficient diagnosis of faults in response to reactive service calls, aiming to provide a first-time fix and ensure continuity of service for our customers.
  • Ability to complete planned system repairs in a timely manner following quoted works.
  • Completion of planned maintenance works and identification of any system errors that may require further investigation or works.
  • Carrying out planned maintenance to the highest standard.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated team member eager to learn.
  • Enthusiastic with a 'hands-on, can-do' approach willing to pitch in and help irrespective of the works involved.
  • Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
  • Have 5 Years previous experience in a similar role.
  • Should have experience in delivering customer care and be focused on supporting the needs of the customer.
  • F-Gas qualification.
  • Current CITB card advantageous.
  • Knowledge, skills, and experience on leading air conditioning manufacturers' systems, especially Daikin, Mitsubishi, and Sanyo/Panasonic VRF/V systems.
  • Experience of chillers and central plant an advantage but not essential.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and manufacturer bespoke software packages.
  • Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
