Mixology Expert

We are currently seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to support the day-to-day running of our bar at THE PIG.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in developing their beverage knowledge and a passion for keeping up with current trends.

A previous experience as a Mixology Expert or within a similar role is preferred, along with knowledge of classic cocktails and skills to mix modern twists.

Our bars at THE PIG are unique, and we smash, muddle, blend, shake and throw our way to making our guests the perfect drink. All of our cocktails are designed with the kitchen garden in mind.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day running of the bar.
• Maintain the bar, ensuring it's clean and presentable at all times.
• Develop and maintain beverage knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends.
