Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our bar team at THE PIG. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a creative service to our guests.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in developing their beverage knowledge and a passion for keeping up with current trends. Previous experience as a bartender or within a similar role is preferred, along with knowledge of classic cocktails and skills to mix modern twists.

As a Bar Team Member, you will be required to maintain the bar, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times. You will also be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the bar and contributing to the development of new cocktails and drinks menus.
