Wilson Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Sub-Assembly Welder to join their expanding team in Daventry. This role requires a strong foundation in welding techniques and attention to detail to meet the high standards of the company's Automotive OE clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
- Operate MIG and/or TIG welding equipment to manufacture parts according to production schedules.
- Prepare tools, equipment, and parts for welding activities.
- Track works orders and processes via the company's shop floor data systems and ERP.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
