Welder Trainer

We are seeking a skilled welder with a passion for quality to join our team as a Welder Trainer. As a Trainer, you will spend half of your week training new and existing members of the business how to weld. Your exceptional welding skills in MIG and TIG processes will be put to use in batch welding, and you will also mentor and train less experienced welders, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate exceptional welding skills in MIG and TIG processes
- Mentor and train less experienced welders, ensuring adherence to industry standards
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks
