Welder Trainer

Northampton, United Kingdom CV-Library Full time

Are you a skilled welder with a passion for quality but looking to do something different?

We are working with a local business who have been trading for 40 years. They are second generation family owned; the current owner is looking to grow the business and double last years revenue.

This will mean that should things go well, there will be lots of opportunities for employees to develop and progress within. If you aren't interested in progression, it means there will be lots of work to keep you busy

They have a good name in the local area for being a stable business. This isn't a company that is hiring and firing every 5 minutes.

The role is part Trainer, part Welder.

The part welding will be spending most of the time doing batch welding. We can't get away from that, so if you aren't interested in any production welding this job might not be for you. We will likely have other opportunities for you.

You will literally spend half of your week training new and existing members of the business how to weld. So if you don't like speaking to people or aren't the kind of person to help your colleagues out then this isn't for you.

If you have got this far, you sound like the kind of person we want to speak to.
