The Hearables Innovation Team is at the forefront of audio signal processing, machine learning, acoustics, and audio perception. We're seeking an expert to join our London Lab and contribute to the development of innovative headphones and hearables products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop advanced audio signal processing and machine learning algorithms.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in audio technology and develop scalable solutions.
  • Conduct user-centric audio interaction and listening experiments.
  • Prototype and test hardware and software solutions.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in audio or a related field.
  • Expertise in audio signal processing, machine learning, and acoustics.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or Matlab.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with consumer audio research and development.
  • Understanding of user-centric experience design.
  • Track record of published papers in relevant peer-reviewed journals or conferences.
