Key Responsibilities
  • Issue purchase orders for products & materials
  • Maintain procurement database, while supporting Buyers with admin duties
  • Build relationships with internal & external suppliers and customer service team to understand business requirements
  • Spot any potential issues with orders around lead time/delivery and notify correct colleagues
  • Gather information from database to share with colleagues on stock levels
Requirements
  • Ideal previous purchasing, buying or supply chain experience
  • Experience raising purchasing orders, invoice resolution and getting quotes for orders
  • Good experience using Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Strong administration skills, attention to detail and good basic maths skills
  • Great communication skills and professional attitude
