We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Nurse to join our dynamic team at Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital. As a theatre nurse with significant experience and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:




  • Supervising and supporting junior staff members in the operating room environment
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participating in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to theatre nursing practice
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality improvement initiatives
  • Providing education and training to colleagues on best practices in theatre nursing


Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:




  • Hold current registration with the relevant governing body (NMC or HCPC)
  • Possess post-registration experience in a theatre setting
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Show a commitment to professional development and continuing education
