Higher Education Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Higher Education Assistant to join our team at Northwood Park Primary School, part of SHINE Academies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and has a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children. The role involves supporting teachers and staff in delivering high-quality education, as well as contributing to the overall success of the school.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of educational principles and practices, and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers. They will also possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes a wellbeing package, free onsite parking, and lifestyle and shopping discounts provided through VIVUP.
