People and Talent Development Partner

Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition (60%):
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on tech roles (software engineers, data scientists, etc.).
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the tech industry.
- Utilise data-driven insights to continuously improve our recruitment process and reduce time-to-hire.
- People Operations (40%):
- Support the development and implementation of people-focused initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our people processes, including performance management, employee onboarding, and offboarding.
- Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with our values and mission.
- Design and deliver training programs for new hiring managers and people managers, equipping them with the skills to succeed.
- Hands-on experience in a similar role within a startup environment, with a proven ability to make a significant impact on people and talent functions.
- You excel at managing multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- You have strong skills in stakeholder management, with the ability to build relationships, manage expectations, and navigate complex organisational dynamics.
