Sexual Health Nurse Specialist

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a dedicated Sexual Health Nurse Specialist to join our team at Chase Medical in the Wiltshire area. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients.
The successful candidate will have experience working as a Sexual Health Nurse and hold relevant qualifications such as the FSRH Diploma. You will also possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive sexual health services to patients
- Conduct routine check-ups and consultations
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
