Job SummaryWe are seeking an exceptional Audit & Business Services Senior Manager to lead our audit and business services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and execution, leading audit engagements, and delivering expert advice to clients on accounting and finance matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of audit and business service clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, leveraging your expertise in audit and business services.
- Lead audit engagements, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulations, and deliver high-quality results.
- Provide expert advice to clients on accounting and finance matters, helping them navigate complex issues.
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Contribute to the development of our audit and business services strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- AACA/ACCA qualification, demonstrating your expertise in accounting and finance.
- Proven experience in audit and business services within a professional services environment.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities, with a focus on driving business growth.
- Adept relationship-building abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
