About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Bupa. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, supporting their independence and promoting their overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents with their medication, meal times, and other daily routines
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, promoting their mental and emotional wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with the care team to monitor residents' needs and report any changes or concerns
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
