Family Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and personable Family Lawyer to join our highly reputable team in West Sussex. The successful candidate will have existing experience of handling all family law matters, including divorce, financial matters, cohabitation issues, child arrangements, and pre/postnuptial agreements.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a small but highly knowledgeable team where you will work closely with the Head of Department and enjoy a varied caseload consisting exclusively of privately funded work. You will be responsible for handling cases independently from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling all family law matters, including divorce, financial matters, cohabitation issues, child arrangements, and pre/postnuptial agreements
  • Working closely with the Head of Department to ensure seamless case management
  • Managing a varied caseload consisting exclusively of privately funded work
Requirements

We are looking for an ambitious lawyer with 2-4 years PQE who is comfortable working independently and has excellent communication skills. You will be working in a friendly environment where you can develop quickly and further your career.
