Transportation Services Liaison Officer

You will work closely with colleagues in our local control team and service delivery support team to provide helpful real-time information and assistance to customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent verbal and social communication skills to customers.
- Working in a mobile capacity, being resilient and flexible.
- Assisting customers with queries and concerns, using your initiative to 'do the right thing'.
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance customer experience and feedback.
